Terms of Use

Last updated: 18 July 2026

These Terms govern your use of After, a personal lived-outcome ledger. By using After, you agree to these Terms.

1. What After is

After helps you record decisions and later outcomes (Keep / Dump / Mixed), then recall those records. It is a personal information tool, not a marketplace, rating bureau, or advice service.

2. Your responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of what you log.
  • You must not use After to harass, defame, or unlawfully harm others.
  • You must not attempt to disrupt or misuse the service infrastructure.
  • You must comply with applicable laws in your location.

3. No professional advice

After does not provide legal, medical, financial, investment, tax, or other professional advice. Outputs that list your own logged entries are recalls of your notes, not recommendations to third parties.

4. No warranties

After is provided “as is.” We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, After and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the product.

6. Acceptable use of shared or agent features

If you enable sharing or agent access, you remain responsible for what is disclosed and for configuring permissions carefully.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country apply.
