What this disclosure means
VibeCart contains affiliate and partner marketing links. If you click a qualifying link and complete a purchase or booking on a partner site, we may earn a commission from the advertiser or affiliate network at no extra cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not change the price you pay on the partner site.
Retail partners. Shop and deal lanes may include Commission Junction (CJ) Affiliate partners such as CROPP, Skechers, Allegro, AliExpress, ABC Wigs, Modlily, Diablo Chairs, Luxury Products, eCosmetics, and other approved advertisers. Product prices shown on VibeCart are taken from partner storefronts for your region and may change on the partner site before checkout.
Travel — LOT Polish Airlines (owner affiliate). Under Bookings · Voyage Desk, flight links use the owner’s LOT Polish Airlines affiliate program via CJ Affiliate. Fares, seats, baggage rules, and final checkout are controlled by LOT on lot.com — not by VibeCart.
Travel — hotels & resorts. Harbor Nest stay links may open Booking.com or other hotel partners. When an affiliate ID is configured, bookings through those links may earn a commission. Room rates, taxes, cancellation policies, and guest verification are set by the hotel partner — not by VibeCart.
Partner links are shown as titles, prices, product photos, or banners in designated shop, hot-picks, and Bookings areas. External partner links open in a new browser tab where possible so your VibeCart session stays open. Clicks may be routed through VibeCart tracking URLs so commissions can be attributed correctly.
Not every outbound link is commission-bearing; some links are for convenience, reference, or market discovery only. Where a link uses an affiliate or advertising network (including CJ Affiliate), that network’s terms and privacy policy also apply on the destination site. Partners — not VibeCart — handle payment, fulfillment, returns, flight changes, and hotel stays.
Service bookings for local providers (hair, bakery, beauty) on My Business are marketplace requests, not retail affiliate links, unless a specific partner disclosure is shown on that flow.

Buyer and Seller Protection
- Identity verification checks for higher-risk accounts and payouts.
- Automated fraud checks on login, checkout, and payout events.
- Temporary account suspension when suspicious behavior is detected.
- Chargeback handling process with evidence collection and dispute tracking.
- Secure messaging and transaction logs retained for investigations.
- Mandatory reporting tools for counterfeit, scam, and prohibited listings.
- Payment acceptance is restricted to vetted providers with strong anti-fraud and encryption controls.
- Delivery is restricted to approved logistics partners that provide secure tracking and proof-of-delivery workflows.
- Buyer-seller communication is logged and monitored for fraud and prohibited transaction behavior.
Legal Use and Liability Framework
- Users may list and buy only lawful goods allowed in origin and destination countries.
- Where relevant laws vary by state, region, or city, local restrictions also apply and may block a listing or order.
- Transactions in unclear or unsupported jurisdictions are paused for manual compliance review.
- Users are solely responsible for listing legality, licenses, import compliance, and taxes.
- VibeCart may remove listings, block accounts, and report unlawful activity to authorities.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, VibeCart disclaims liability for unlawful user conduct.
- Users indemnify and hold the platform owner harmless for losses arising from user violations of law.
- Security controls, monitoring, and firewall protections reduce risk but cannot guarantee complete prevention of every attack or abuse attempt.
- Insurance offers are provided by third-party licensed insurers; policy underwriting, approvals, and claims decisions remain with those insurers.
- The platform acts as a distribution and notification channel and does not replace independent legal, medical, or financial advice.
- All users must accept these terms before account creation and checkout.
