- Users are solely responsible for listing legality, licenses, import compliance, and taxes.
- VibeCart may remove listings, block accounts, and report unlawful activity to authorities.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, VibeCart disclaims liability for unlawful user conduct.
- Users indemnify and hold the platform owner harmless for losses arising from user violations of law.
- Security controls, monitoring, and firewall protections reduce risk but cannot guarantee complete prevention of every attack or abuse attempt.
- Insurance offers are provided by third-party licensed insurers; policy underwriting, approvals, and claims decisions remain with those insurers.
